We serve pregnant women beginning at age 19. There is no cost to our program, and a woman may join us at any point in her pregnancy.

How We Serve
Bethlehem House gives hope to pregnant women by meeting immediate needs for safety, housing, and medical and mental health care. Our continuum of care begins with our Residential Program. When ready to transition out of our residence, we stay with our graduates to provide additional resources through our Continued Care Program. Through community support, we help young women achieve sustainable independence with education, job readiness skills and financial literacy classes.

Simply reach out any time via online form below or call our office Monday - Friday 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. at 402.502.9224. At Bethlehem House, women are challenged daily to step beyond their comfort zone to discover their tralents and work toward self-sufficiency.
Your first outreach begins the application process, which continues with a combination of written information and live interview, helping us determine if each woman is capable and ready for change.

If someone does not get accepted or chooses to not move into Bethlehem House, we can provide referrals to other area agencies to help meet their needs.

Our wait list may fluctuate. We receive an average of six applicants per month and approximately 1 in 4 applicants becomes a resident. All women interested in the program are encouraged to apply or call us for more information.

Our mission is to serve as a beacon of hope and community for families in need. This is not limited to those who live on our campus. Staff members are available to connect families who reach out with partner agencies if Bethlehem House is not the right fit for your circumstances.
Each year, more than 1,000 referrals are made to assist with basic needs such as housing, food, clothing, domestic violence, medical support, pregnancy resources, addiction support, and household needs.
We believe in providing support and counsel to anyone who reaches out for help, whether you end up staying at Bethlehem House or not.
