Continued Care
Steady support, growing independence
Continued Care is for women who have completed Residential Care and are ready to take the next step toward independent living — with support that doesn't disappear the moment she moves out.
Continued Care helps women transition into independent living while continuing to receive individualized guidance, accountability, and encouragement. The goal is to maintain stability, strengthen parenting and life skills, prevent homelessness, and build confidence as she steps into this next stage.
Continued Care is the next chapter in a woman's journey with Bethlehem House — helping her transition into independent living while she keeps building on everything she's gained.
