Aftercare
A lifelong connection
Aftercare provides continued support for former residents who may benefit from ongoing encouragement, parenting support, resource navigation, crisis guidance, or community connection.
Our goal is to help families maintain long-term stability while continuing to build healthy, independent lives. This program is less structured than Residential Care and Continued Care by design — it isn't a formal case plan, it's a standing door that stays open.
Aftercare is Bethlehem House's ongoing commitment to the women who have walked this journey with us — because a woman's story with us doesn't end when her program does.
