Bethlehem House is a maternity community that welcomes and guides pregnant women in crisis. We offer a pathway to parenting, housing, health, healing, and independence—breaking cycles of homelessness and generational poverty.

We’re seeking a passionate and strategic Executive Director to lead our organization into its next chapter. This role oversees fundraising, operations, staff leadership, and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategic fundraising and develop donor relationships

• Build awareness through marketing and outreach

• Oversee program operations and compliance

• Manage budget and fiscal reporting

• Collaborate with the Board of Directors

Ideal Candidate

• Advanced degree + 5 years senior nonprofit leadership

• Strong fundraising and marketing experience

• Experience working with poverty, addiction, and crisis pregnancy

• Excellent communicator and team builder

• Committed to the mission of Bethlehem House

Work Schedule

Full-time with flexible hours

Local travel required; occasional evenings/weekends
